Being the one third part and known as the S. E. part of in Lot number ninety four (94) in the village of New Richmond Clermont County Ohio and more particularly described as follows commencing at the corner of front of said lot formerly owned by H? & Gowdy thence about forty two & one half feet to  annother  (sic) corner of said Lot on Market & Quarry streets thence with Quarry street Eighty seven feet to Alexander Powells Lot thence with his line about forty two & one half feet to James G? lot. Thence a western course with James G? line eighty Seven feet to Market Street the place of beginning and all the Estate Title and Interest of that said Stephen Huber and Victoria Huber his wife either in Law or in Equity of in and to the said premises: Together with all the privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging. To have and to hold the same to the only proper use of the said Elizabeth Hanly her heirs and assigns forever And the said Stephen Huber for himself & his heirs executors and administrators does hereby Covenant with the Said Elizabeth Hanly heirs and assigns that he is the true and lawful owner of the said premises and as full power to convey the same and that the Title so conveyed is clear free and unencumbered and further that he will Warrant and Defend the same against  all claim or claims of all persons whomsoever.     In Witness whereof the said Stephen Huber and Victoria Huber his wife hereby releases all her right and expectancy of Dower in the said premises have hereunto set their hands and seals on this Eleventh day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Sixty five.     Signed Sealed acknowledged and delivered in presence of us Perry J. Be it Remembered that on the Eleventh day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Sixty five before me, the Subscriber a Notary Public in and for Said County personally came Stephen Huber & Victoria Huber his wife the grantors in the above deed and acknowledged the signing and Sealing thereof to be their voluntary act and deed for the uses and purposes herein mentioned And the Said Victoria Huber wife of the said Stephen Huber being examined by me separate and apart from her said husband and the contents of said deed being by me made known and explained to her as the Statute directs declared that She did voluntarily Sign Seal and acknowledge the Same and that She is still satisfied therewith as her act and deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned.  In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto Subscribed my name and affixed my Seal Notarial on the day and year aforesaid.  Perry J. I transcribed this deed with the hopes that Elizabeth Hanly was Elizabeth Handy. However, I can find nothing to support or dispute that thought.  I can find no Elizabeth Hanly in the 1850 or 1880 census index. 3.
