DEED: GEORGE M BONSELLER TO WILLIAM MCCANN   1853 Union Twp, Clermont, OH Vol 
60 p 439

Know all men that I George M Bonseller in consideration of three hundred 
dollars lawful money of the United States to me paid by William McCann the 
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby bargain, sell and convey to 
the said William McCann his heirs and assigns forever the following real estate 
viz all that certain  ? of land situated in the county of Clermont in Union 
Township State of Ohio being a part of survey  N 27115 beginning at a stone in 
the line of Joseph Davis and corner to Isaac Edwards thence with said Edwards 
line south 5’ 12” west 2 poles to a stone on the line of said Edwards hence 
North  ? West ? poles to a stone in the line of said Joseph Davis thence with 
said Davis line North  ? East 40.10 poles to be place of beginning containing 
two acres and twenty poles be the same more or less it being the same premises 
conveyed to  William English by George E Nikke and Elizabeth Hill by deed dated 
February 6th A D 1848 together with all the privileges and appurtenances to the 
same belonging to have and to hold the same to the said William McCan n his 
heirs and assigns forever and the said George M Bonseller for himself and his 
heirs do hereby covenant with said William McCann his heirs and assigns that he 
is lawfully seized of the premises aforesaid that the said premises are free 
and clear from all incumbrances whatsoever and that he will forever warrant and 
defend the aforesaid premises with their said appurtenances and every part and 
parcel thereof unto the said William McCann his heirs  and assigns against the 
lawful claim of all persons whomsoever . In Witness whereof the said George M 
Bonseller had hereunto set his hand and seal this twelfth day of March in the 
year Eighteen hundred and fifty three. Signed Sealed and acknowledged in 
presence of Nathan McMahan, Wm Furlong.   George M Bonseller,  his seal.

/state of Ohio Clermont County . Be it remembered that on his twelfth day of 
March in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred and fifty three before 
me the subscriber a justice of the peace in and for the county previously came 
George M Bonseller the grantor in the above conveyance and acknowledged his 
signing and sealing the same to be his voluntary act and deed for the uses and 
purposes therein mentioned.
