Military Pension: # 272,758 Widow's Pension: # 922,002 Enlistment #1: 12 Sep 1861 at Felicity, Clermont Co., OH Regiment: 59th Ohio Volunteer Infantry, Co. A; Served under Capt. Robert L. McKinley. Age: 24 at enlistment. Rank: Pvt. Discharge: 16 Jun 1862, Disabilty Note: He was wounded in battle of Shilo, and Pittsburg Landing, TN. . Enlistment #2: 11 Mar 1864 at Hillsboro (Highland Co.?), OH Regiment: 34th Ohio Volunteer Infantry, Co. A; Served under Capt.Hopson. Age: 26 at enlistment. Rank: Private Discharge: 27 Jul 1865, Disability Note: He was wounded at battle before Lynchburg & sent to hospital in Gallipolis, OH . Wounded again at battle of Lynchburg & sent to Brigade Hospital, Charleston, VA.
