				Mary J. Adams
	Mary Jane Adams, 80, of Wilmington, died Saturday, Oct. 25, 2003 at 
the Life Care Hospital in Miamisburg.
	She was born June 5, 1923 in Wilmington, the daughter of the late 
Minor William Hayslip and Julia Conger  Hayslip.  Mary Jane came from a large 
family of 14 brothers and sisters, all of whom she was very close to.  She was 
a retired factory worker from Irwin Tools.  She was very active in her church 
community, a pillar of strength at both the Tower of Strength Church in New 
Vienna and the New Beginning Church in Wilmington and was very passionate 
about the Lord.  Mary Jane was very much a humanitarian, always helping others 
in need and taking care of her family.  She also gave care to the elderly in 
her retirement.  She always donated to several charities, including organizing 
and maintaining a program to raise money to buy Bibles for children overseas.  
Mary Jane was known by everyone - friends, family and strangers alike.
	Her husband, Arthur Curtis Adams, preceded her in death, as well as 
her son, the Rev. David Lee Adams; daughter Beverly Ann Neanover; son-in-law, 
Bruce Camp; eight brothers, two sisters and two grandchildren, Kimberly Adams 
and Davie Adams.
	She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Bill (Charlene) Adams of 
Indiana; daughter, Debra Mae Camp of Hillsboro; brothers and sisters-in-law, 
Estel Hayslip of Wilmington, Chester (Sandy) Hayslip of Wilmington, Charles 
Eddy (Leona) Hayslip of Wilmington; 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 
two great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
	Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, 2003 at the 
Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home in Wilmington.  The Rev. Victor Adams and Pastor 
Jimmy Smith will officiate.
	Friends may call from noon until the time of services at the funeral 
home Thursday.
	Burial will be in the Clinton Memory Gardens.
