to my son Charles E. Finley $500
to my daughter Jane Whitecomb $500
to my son William P. Findley [sic] all household goods etc
to my son William P. Finley & to my daughter Hattie R. Terrell, all balance of 
my estate equally.  Appoints son Wm P. Finley & son in law Hugh E. Terrell 
Exrs.  Dated Dec 4, 1875 R.P. Finley (seal) Witness Obediah Stephens, C.W.
