Bucyrus Hardin County, Ohio

Recorded: August 26, 1889

Know all men by these presents that we Joseph Zimmerman Jr. and Elizabeth 
Zimmerman wife of said Joseph Zimmerman Jr. of Columbiana County and State of 
Ohio, in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred dollars in hand paid by 
George Zimmerman of the same place, have bargained & sold and do hereby grant, 
bargain sell & convey unto the said George Zimmerman his heirs and assigns 
forever, the following premises situate and being The South West quarter of 
section two, in township three south of Range Eleven in the district of lands 
subject to sale at Bucyrus Hardin County & State aforesaid containing one 
hundred sixty acres.
To have and to hold said quarter section of land with the appurtenances unto 
the said George Zimmerman his heirs and assigns forever.  And the said Joseph 
Zimmerman Jr. for himself and heirs doth hereby covenant with said George 
Zimmerman his heirs and assigns that he is lawfully seized of the premises 
aforesaid, that the premises are free & clear from all incumberances whatso 
ever and that he will forever warrant and defend same with the appurtenances 
unto the said George Zimmerman, his heirs and assigns, against against (sic) 
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
In testimoney whereof the said Joseph Zimmerman Jr. and Elizabeth Zimmerman 
have hereunto set their hands and seals this twenty third day of February in 
the year of our Lord One Thousand eight hundred and forty three.

State of Ohio, Columbia County, S.S.
Before me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and for said county 
personally appeared the within named Joseph Zimmerman Jr. & Elizabeth his wife 
and acknowledged the signing and sealing of the within conveyance to be their 
voluntary act and deed, and the said Elizabeth being at the same time examined 
by me separate and apart from her said husband and the contents of said 
instrument made known to her by me she then declared she did voluntarily sign, 
seal and acknowledge the same, and that she is still satisfied therewith.
Given under my hand and seal this twenty third day of February A.D. 1843.
