Witness my honor and seal this 30th day of January 1849 January 29, 1849 John Voglesong J P" In the left margin it says: "Phillip Heartman and Barbary Saunders" and "State of Ohio Columbiana County" In other records (ie 1850 census) Philip's wife's name is Barbara. They had a child Mary who was 8 months by the time of the 1850 census (she eventually married a Darius Douglas and moved to Kansas) and Barbara died June 19, 1852, at the age of 23. After her death, Philip was in Minnesota and married again by 1856. John Voglesong b.1808 was the Justice of the Peace and also a shoemaker living with his family in Columbiana Co, OH.
