Selected Records of Revolutionary War Pension and Land Bounty Applications 1800-1900. Phillip Bowman State of Ohio Columbiana County Sept 15th 1832 Phillip is age 76 years the 25th of October next. Volunteered in June 1776 in Frederick Co. Maryland. Elected Ensign of the Company. Then Lt. Served under Capt. Mantz Was at the Battle of Trenton and Princeton. Discharged about August 1878 Phillip was born Little York PA in 1755. He moved from Fredericktown MD to Fayette Co. PA until 1806 when he moved to Columbiana Co. Ohio.
