East Liverpool Crisis  6 Jan 1892  pg 6
John Green, of the East End, who has been confined to his bed since June last 
with the consumption, died at twenty minutes past 12, Sunday, aged fifty-one 
years and nine months. The deceased was a worthy soldier of the late war, and 
was a member of the General Lyon post, of this city. The remains will be 
interred in Riverview cemetery tomorrow afternoon, at 2 o’clock.
