I Peter Witteright Sr. of Columbiana County and State of Ohio, first it is my will and I do order that all my just debts and funeral expenses be duly paid and satisfied as soon as conviently can be after my decease. The moveable property or loose property shall be bandered and sold and each of my children shall have his equal share or devident. Then I give and devise my son Peter shall habe the place whereon he now lives which will one hundred and twenty acres and then he must give fifty dollars to the rest to be divided. I give and devise to my son in law Philip Eicholtz the place where he now lives but he shall have his line run to Rocks line so that it will make him eighty acres. It shall run the same breath it has begun by the surveyor. I shall give and devise to my son in law Frederick Clitz shall have the half quarter section whereon he now lives. It shall be divided east and west and the said Frederick is to get the north half quarter and shall give thirty dollars to be divided amongst the rest excepting Peter and Peters fifty dollars to be divided excepting him and Frederick. I give and devise to my son in law John Meirs the other half quarter adjoining Frederick Clitz and shall give thirty dollars to be divided as before. I give and bequeath my daughter Ester two hundred dollars one cow one bed and spinning wheel and bedsted. And I further order my executors to pay one gale for that quarter that John Meirs and Frederick Clitz is to have and the Deed out of my estate. And I do further order that my son, Peter Witteright and Philip Eicholtz shall be my sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament. Peter was born 22 May 1753 in Bedminster Township, Bucks County, PA. He married Maria Margaret HERMAN in York County. He died 4 Apr 1813 in Springfield Township, Columbiana County, Ohio and his buried in Old Springfield Cemetery. Children of Peter and Maria Margaret Witrecht are: 1. Philip born 6 Sept 1755 in York County, PA. 2. Susanne born 22 May 1777 in York County, PA., died 16 Mar 1837 Springfield Township.Columbiana County, Ohio. She married Philip EICHOLTZ. 3. Ester born 19 Jun 1783 York County, PA. It appears she never married. 4. Eva Elizabeth born 4 May 1783 York County, PA. She died 13 May 1875 in Columbiana County, Ohio. Married Johannes MYER/MIERS 24 Mar 1807 Columbiana County. 5. Johan Peter, Jr. born 21 Aug 1785 York County, PA. Died ca 1870 in Decatur County, Iowa. He married Elizabeth SHOEMAKER 2 Apr 1809 Columbiana Co. 6. Anna Margaretha born 10 Jul 1788 in York County, PA. She died 12 Oct 1853 Columbiana County, Ohio.
