John R. Bechtel

John R. Bechtel, 81, died at 10:30 a.m. today in the Border rest home, Warsaw, 
following an extended illness.

He was born in Tiverton Township and had been a farmer for years.  He was a 
member of the baptist church at Stilwell.  

Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Goldia Vernia, Chillicothe, Mrs. Ina Mullin, 
Riverside, CA, Mrs. Betty Ashcraft, Route 1, Mrs. Jessie Purdy, Warsaw, and 
Mrs. Olive Fellers, Gdnadenbutten, and two sons, Walter of Navarre and Wilmer 
of Thompson, OH.

Funeral arrangements in charge of Fischer funeral home, Warsaw, are incomplete.
