He was born in Coshocton county, a son of William and Leona Resse Campbell, and was a veteran of World War II. Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Frank Layman, Warsaw, and Mrs. Joe Hoffer, Meadville, Pa., and one brother, Fred Campbell, Akron. Two brothers preceded him in death. Graveside services will be held at Valley View cemetery, Warsaw, at 1 p.m. Saturday in charge of Rev. Harold House Jr.
