Darling Ralph J. Darling, 63, Millersburg Route 3, died at 2 a. m. today in Mt. Carmel Hospital, Columbus. Born April 4, 1905, in Paulding County, he was a son of William and Effie Wilson Darling. He was married Aug. 17, 1925, to Lillian Spang, who survives. Mr. Darling was a member of the Warsaw Presbyterian Church. He belonged to Carpenters Local 525 and was an associate member of the FOPA. Surviving besides the widow are two daughters, Mrs. Raymond (Beverly) Patterson of Clark and Mrs. Paul (Betty) Stingel of Marble Falls, Texas; two brothers, Dent Darling of Hebron and Dallas Darling of Syracuse, N.Y.; three sisters, Mrs. Burgess (Ina) Grace and Mrs. Harry (Rilla) Denny, both of Mansfield, and Mrs. Grover (Mary) Smith of Cuyahoga Falls, and five grandchildren. Three brothers and a sister are deceased. Services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Fischer Funeral Home, Warsaw, by Rev. John Russell, assisted by Rev. Ernest Bacon. Burial will be at Warsaw. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and until time of services Friday.
