The Coshocton Tribune March 6, 1962
Mrs. Andrew J. Frederick, 71, died at her home, 301 South Lawn av., at 1:50 
a.m. today following an illness of three months.

Vernie M. Young was born in Coshocton, Sept. 7, 1890, a daughter of Joseph and 
Survilla Miller Young and was married April 20, 1907, to Mr. Frederick who 
survives.

She was a member of Central Christian church and the Navy Mothers Club.

Surviving besides the husband are two sons, Mayor Harry Frederick, West 
Lafayette and Paul Frederick, Coshocton; two daughters. Mrs. Homer Lowe and 
Mrs. William Shyrock, both of Coshocton; six grandchildren and one great-
grandchild.  Four brothers and a sister and one daughter are deceased.

Services will be conducted at 2;30 p.m. Thursday at the Glass funeral home by 
Rev. Reid Miller.  Burial will be in Oak Ridge cemetery.

Calling hours at the funeral home will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 
until time of services Thursday.
