Coshocton Tribune May 1938 Walhounding Woman Dies at Mt. Vernon following operaton Mrs. John Fisher, 68, of Walhonding Route 2, ded in Mercy hospital, Mt. Vernon, at 1:20 a.m. today. She underwent a major operation in the hospital last Saturday. Elizabeth Rahn was born May 16, 1870 the daughter of Gasper and Catherine Rahn, in the vicinity of Dutch Run. She had lived all her life in that vicinity. On Marcy 133, 1890, she married John W. Fisher who survives, along with the following children: Mrs. Della Utterback of Warsaw Route 3, Mrs Chloris Hammond of Alexandria, Mrs. Linna Tarrh and Kenneth Fisher, both of the home, Paul Fisher of Akron, Walter of Canton, Clarence of Mt. Vernon and Donald of Cleveland. She is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, one great-grandchild, a sister, Mrs. Melvin Young of Howard, and three brothers, Henry Rahn of Columbus, William and Chris Rahn of Walhonding. Mrs. Fisher was a member of the Dutch Run Reformed and Evangelical church and of the Walhonding Grange. The body will be taken to the Dutch Run church at 1 p.m. Saturday where it may be viewd until the funeral at 2 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Hartsough of Glenmone, assisted by Rev.
