Fortune, 76, Fresno Route 1, died at 2:20 a.m. today at her home following an illness of three weeks. She was born April 1, 1888 in Tiffin, Ohio, a daughter of Frank and Louise Heizel Keller and was married Oct 1, 1908 to Lewis W Fortune, who died Jan 26, 1960. Mrs. Fortune was a member of the Freson Methodist Church, a charter member of the WSCS of that church and a member of the Ladies Bible class. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Homer (Louise) Sharp of Newcomerstown, Mrs. George (Clara) Smith of Dover, Mrs. Harry (Laura Stonebrook of Fresno Route 1, and Mrs. Wilma Patterson of West Lafayette; a foster son, Paul Buckholtz of Blen Burnie , Md; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. One son and a daughter are deceased. Services will be conducted by Rev. Earl R. Lightle at 2 p.m. Fridy at the Bonnell-O'Neill Funeral Home, West Lafayette. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery at Fresno. Friends my call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
