He had been in ill health for the past seven months. He was born Oct 8, 1936, to Otis and Ruth Nelden Frazee. On June 30, 1957, he married Thelma Phillips, who survives, along with two children, Lewis Dean and Terry Lynn of the home; his parents, two sisters, Cynthia Ann and Cheryl, all of Walhonding; two brothers, Gene of Mt. Vernon Route 1 and Loren of Walhonding, and the paternal grandmother, Mrs. Sadie Frazee of Walhonding. He was a member of the Nellie Wesleyan Methodist church, a graduate of Warsaw high school in 1955 and was employed by the Towne-Sander Co. of Warsaw until he became ill. Services will be Sunday at 2 p. m. at the Fischer funeral home in Warsaw in charge of Rev. Dan Parker. Burial will be in Valley View cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday until time of service.
