Anthony M. Grewell, Retired Farmer, Dies Tuesday Evening
   Anthony M. Grewell, 74, retired farmer, died at his home near Dunlap, near
Newcomerstown, at 4:20 p.m. Tuesday following a two week illness.
   Mr. Grewell was born Oct. 5, 1870, the son of Daniel and Mary Grewell near
his present home.
   He is survived by his wife, Bessie, 10 children: Mrs. Lester Mackey of Gary,
Ind., Mrs. Jesse Hunt of Newcomerstown Route 1, Esther and Beulah of the home,
Elmer, Henry and Harvey of Newcomerstown Route 3; Sgt. Anthony J. Grewell of
Camp R**ker, Ala. and Petty Officer first class Arthur Grewell, somewhere in the
south Pacific. Also surviving are two brothers Frank of Uhrichsville and Albert
of Canton, two brothers and one daughter preceded him in death.
   A ** service will be held in the home at 1:30 p.m. Friday, followed by *** at
the Nazarene Church at Newcomerstown, at 2:30. Rev. Virgil Mewbourn will officiate.
   Friends may call at the Bonnell funeral home until Thursday noon.
   Burial will be in the Newcomerstown Cemetery.
