The Coshocton Tribune December 11, 1938
Funeral services for Preston Howell, 73, who died Saturday at the home of his
granddaughter, Mrs. John Davis, one mile north of Orange, will be held Monday at
2:30 p.m. at the Davis home.  Rev. C. D. Firster will be in charge and burial
will be in Gnadenhutten.

Mr. Howell was born Feb. 9, 1865, the son of Abner and Louise Howell of
Flatridge.  He had been in ill health for the past five months.

He wife died four and half years ago.

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Isaac Hill of Kimbolton Route 2; three sisters,
Mrs. Sara Dyer of Cambridge, Mrs. Maude Kennedy and Mrs. James Oliver of
Norwich; three brothers, Frank of Flatridge, William of Cambridge.
