Coshocton Tribune

Mrs. Ethel M. Kees, 73, Newcomerstown Route 1, died Monday at a St. Petersburg,
Fla. Hospital. She was born June 26, 1898 in Tuscarawas county, a daughter of
Charles and Osa Kinsey Bond, and was married to John Kees, who died Jan. 21,
1961. She belonged to the Hartwood Methodist Church. Surviving are three
daughters, Mrs. Peter R. (June) Paublos, St. Petersburg, Fla., Mrs. George
(Lillian) Sechrist, Dayton, and Mrs. Reynolds (Lavonne) Champlin, Arlington,
Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Blaine Jones, Juno Beach, Fla., one brother, Willard
Bond, Newcomerstown; and eight grandchildren. Services will be conducted at 2pm
Friday at Ourant Funeral Home in Newcomerstown. Rev. James Porter will officiate
with burial in the Hartwood Cemetery.
