Coshocton Tribune March 22, 1958 Friday

Clarence Stewart, 56, Newcomerstown Route 1, died at 3am Friday at the
Tuscarawas Valley sanitarium, New Philadelphia, where he had been a patient for
two days. He had been ill for one week. Mr. Stewart was born May 26, 1901, in
Oxford township, Tuscarawas county, a son of Dalph and Hattie Wilson Stewart,
Newcomerstown Route 1. He was married to for former Mae Mitchie July 7, 1926.  

Surviving besides his parents are one daughter, Mrs. Ernest Dexter, Canton; one
son, Vernon, Canton; one sister, Mrs. Charles Couts, Newcomerstown Route 1;
three brothers, Wilbur, Dale, Paul all of Newcomerstown; and three
grandchildren. One brother preceded him in death. Funeral services will be
conducted at the Bonnell funeral home, Newcomerstown, Monday at 2pm. Rev. Norman
Nightengale will officiate and burial will be in West Lawn cemetery.
