She was born Dec. 18, 1878 in Guernsey County, a daughter of John and Emma Howell Blair and was married Oct. 9, 1902 to George Stiner, who died Feb. 16, 1958. She was a member of the Canal Lewisville Methodist Church. The survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Howard Hothem, Newcomerstown Route 2 and Mrs. Frank Hothem, Fresno Route 2; three sisters, Mrs. L. K. Porteus, Route 2, Mrs. Archie Lapp, Route 1 and Mrs. George Kreis, Ashland; four brothers, E. J. Blair, Buffalo, O., J. W. Blair, West Lafayette Route 1, Harry Blair, Canton and Frank Blair, West Lafayette; nine grandchildren and three great- grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. One sister is deceased. Services will be condcuted at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Canal Lewisville church in charge of Rev. Russell Hoy and burial will be in the church cemetery.
