Tiedt, 76, of Coshocton, died at 5:25 p.m. Monday, Jan. 3, 2005, at her home. Born May 22, 1928, she is the daughter of the late George Raymond and Leown (Moore) Addy. She had been employed by the former Stylecraft Studio in Coshocton. She enjoyed playing cards and bingo, bowling and watching television. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1330 Ladies Auxiliary. On May 16, 1964, she married Paul J. "Ollie" Tiedt who preceded her in death Nov. 12, 2004. Surviving are two sons, Vaughn (Dorothy) Smith and Glenn Smith, both of Coshocton; two daughters, Suzanne (Terry) Valentine of Circleville, and Becky (Don) Fletcher of Columbus; 12 grandchildren, Dawn, Clarissa, Lynagnes, Nickola, Michael Paul, Jacqueline, Donald Paul, Samantha, Rebecca, Emily, Abby and Paul Ivan; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; brother, Bill (Toots) Addy of Portage, Ind.; sister, Peg Bechtol of Coshocton; brother-in-law, Edgar Tiedt of Coshocton; and many family members and friends. Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 7, 2005, at Sacred Heart Church with Father Homer Blubaugh officiating. Interment will follow at Coshocton County Memory Gardens. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memoriums be made to Sacred Heart Church, 805 Main St., Coshocton, OH 43812; or Hospice of Coshocton County, P.0. Box 1284, Coshocton, OH 43812. Envelopes are available at Free Funeral Home, who is assisting the family with arrangements.
