CHARLES VENSEL IS SUMMONED

Funeral services for Charles Vensel, 78, of Coshocton, were held Tuesday
afternoon at the Dawson funeral home, Coshocton.  Burial was in Fairfield
cemetery, West Lafayette.

Mr. Vensel, a native of Muskingum county, died at 3:30 o'clock Saturday
afternoon at Avalon sanitarium, Mt. Vernon, following a long illness.

He was born Dec. 11, 1872, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Vensel.  In 1899, he
married Myra Buker who preceded him in death in 1926.  He was a member of White
Eyes Methodist church.

Surviving are two children, Mrs. Arthur Postlewait of Columbus and Wilbur Vensel
of Columbus; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs.
Wilbur Marlatt of Otsego, Mrs. William Crain of West Lafayette and Mrs. Margaret
Eckelberry of Coshocton; and one brother, John Vensel.
