PNEUMONIA FATAL TO AGED RESIDENT FRIDAY AFTERNOON

Pneumonia which developed from an attack of influenza caused the death of Mrs.
Lockey Vensel Kirk, aged 81, at the home of her son, C. E. Vensel, 109 South
Eleventh st., Friday afternoon at 3:50 o'clock.  She had made her home with the
son the past year.

The following children survive:  Mrs. Samuel Honnold, Mrs. William Craig and
John Vensel, all of West Lafayette; Mr. Bert Eckelberry and Charles Vensel, both
of Coshocton and Mrs. Wilbur Marlatt of Otsego.  Seven grandchildren and four
great-grandchildren also suyrvive.

Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home of C. E.
Vensel in charge of Rev. F. B. Gilhousen and burial will be made in the West
Lafayette Cemetery.
