Plymouth; was born in Plymouth Township, Richland Co., Ohio, January, 1835. There were born to his parents, Joseph and Christina (Kinnamen) Wright, five children-Peter, Sophia, Susanna, Manuel and Haymen. Peter was reared on a farm, and received a good common-school education. He was married, October, 1859, to Sarah Bevier, daughter of Alexander and Almira (Birch) Bevier. They have no children of their own, but have raised one child from infancy to manhood. Mr. Wright owns 80 acres of well-improved land. He is a member of the Church of God, and a Republican in politics. He is well informed on the issues of the day, and is a prominent citizen in northern Auburn Township.
