Personally came A. Stough apply for License for himself to be Married to Emma
A. Stewart who being sworn, says that 
the said is over the age of 21 years and is unmarried; that the said Emma A.
Stewart is over the age of 18 years, is
unmarried, resides in Crawford County, and that he knows of no legal impediment
to said Marriage.
