SECOND - I Give, Devise and Bequeath to my beloved husband George A. Spraw all my estate real and personal, during his natural life. My said husband is to have full use and control of the same and all the rents income and profits thereof. THIRD - I direct my executor hereinafter named to put up a monument over my grave and remains and over the remains of my husband not exceeding in value or costing over one hundred and fifty dollars. FOURTH - After the death of my said husband I direct my said executor to sell and convert all my estate then remaining into money and divide it equally among my children viz: Lewis A. Spraw, William B. Spraw, Ella Davis, daughter of my son Henry Spraw, Catharine Purkeypile, Elmira Emshoff, Sarah A. Purkeypile, Amelia Snyder, the children and heair at law of my deceased daughter Elisabeth Gearhart and Leon S. Spraw to the heirs of said Elisabeth Gearhart one ninth and to said Lewis A. Spraw, Wm. B. Spraw, Ella Davis, Catharine Purkeypile, Elmira Emshoff, Sarah A. Purkeypile, Amelia Snyder and Leon S. Spraw, each one ninth excepting and deducting the following advancements heretofore made to wit: from Lewis A. Spraw share five hundred dollars, from Wm. B. Spraw share seven hundred dollars, from Ella Davis share two hundred dollars, from Catharine Purkeypile two hundred dollars and Elmira Emshoff three hundrd dollars and Sarah Purkeypile seven hundred dollars. The children of my deceased daughter Elisabeth Gearhart together take one ninth or one share. My executor is authorized to sell my real estate at private sale and to make deeds for the same. Personal property to be sold at auction. FIFTH - I hereby nominate and appoint my friend F.A. Keen, Esq. executor of this my last will and testament. In Testimony Whereof, I have set my hand to this, my Last Will and Testament at Galion, Ohio, this fourth day of June in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and ninety one. Tobias Judge of the Probate Court of Crawford County, Ohio. I hereby make application to have the last will and testament of Mary Ann Spraw deceased, admitted to probate, and that an order be made by the court fixing a day when testimony will be heard on the admission of said last will and testament, and for an order notifying Elmira Emshoff, Amelia Snyder, L.A. Spraw, Catherine Purkey, Ella Davis, William Spraw, George H. Spraw who are residents of Ohio, and heirs at law and next of kin to said decedant of the time and place of this hearing of said testimony. F.A. Keen State of Ohio Crawford County ss F.A.
