Stover the residence of said chattel property. Alonzo D. Stover to have west half of the SW quarter section 29, township one, south range 15 containing 40 acres; and C.C. Stover to have the east half of the same quarter aforeland; and each A.D. Stover and C.C. Stover to pay Jane Thatcher, Sarah S. Walton, Malinda A. Walton, Adelia Lupton each $100.00 a piece, said sum to begin with option of said heirs, on year after both my and my wife's death; and to each heir their sum yearly until they shall have paid all said claims, being $900.00. And C.C. Stover to Henry Stover one horse, bridle and saddle when he is twenty one years old. Christopher Stover to have the land on which he now lives, being 20 acres off the north end of the west half of the northwest quarter of section 23, township one, range 14, and Joseohine and Barbara E. Stover to have inlots 43 and 45 in the village of Belle Vernon. And be it further understood that if I should die before my wife Lucinda Stover, she is to hold full and peccable possesion of said houses and lots in Belle Vernon as long as she lives, and also Alonzo D. Stover and C.C. Stover are to give her 1/3 of all the grain growing and as much has as she may want for her own use and benefit. Lucinda Stover is to have and keep one or two cows and one horse, or more if she thinks proper. C.C. Stover to have the last named acres of land from any source unowned here to fore, and as executor he shall not be bound to give any bail except his own signature and continue to give 1/3 of the butter be brought down and poultry has he is now given, and Lucinda Stover to be owner of all stock bt to have it in the care of C.C.
