Administrator Bond for Christopher Stover

We the undersigned heirs of Christopher Stover
Did settle with Ashford and Jacob Stover, also heirs
of Christopher Stover and Administrators of said
Estate and also that our mother Sarah Stover
Died on the 18th day of July.  As 1838 being two days
after letters of administrating had been taking out
And that the heirs was at that time all of full age 
And of good and pure minds and the
Administrators have have previous to the November
Time As 1840 did make payment to the heirs satisfied
To us and that we are still satisfied therewith
And also that we Henry & Daniel Stover and C.S. Chaffee 
And Maryann his wife did sign a paper to that
purpose and it apprears that the paper here referred to
is mislayed or distroyed we therefore pray and and request
the Court of Common Please of Crawford County
and State of Ohio to Cause the Matter now at issue
to be disposed of and release the administrators of further
Responsibility of the rest of the heirs and request the court to
order the matter settled and we all agree that if any under our
Claim comes in yet legally proven that we will settle
the same given under our hands Respectfully
