Funeral services for Joseph F. Kilby, formerly a prominent manufacturer of this
city, took place at 2:30 p.m. 
Wednesday from his Cleveland home.

Mr. Kilby, who died at his Cleveland home Sunday, was a member of the firm of Barney
and Kilby, and was 
formerly at the head of the local plant, now known as the Sandusky Foundry and
Machine Company.  The 
plant, then known as the Barney and Kilby company, was moved to Cleveland many years
ago.
