FERDINAND (FRED) OSHETSKY, age 75, beloved husband of the late Caroline Ertman 
Oshetsky, father of Mrs. Elsie Gladys (Oshetsky) Evans, Mrs. Helen (Oshetsky) 
Henning, Henry and Fred (deceased), grandfather, died suddenly, September 6. 
Friends may call at the Wm. Abel & Sons Co. Funeral Home, 15317 Euclid Avenue, 
corner of Shaw, where services will be held Friday, September 10, 3 p.m. 
Burial Lake View Cemetery. 


Additional Comments:
Ferdinand (Fred) Oshetsky was born in Russia Poland January 26, 1873 and 
married Caroline Ertman about 1896. Fred and Caroline came to America on May 
20, 1899, New York port, with son Henry.
