CERTIFICATE of MARRIAGE
Church of Saint Patrick, Bridge Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio

This is to Certify that James Hurst and Catherine McCormick were lawfully 
married on the 20th. day of August, 1889, according to the Rite of the Roman 
Catholic Church and in conformity with the laws of the State of Ohio.

Rev. T.M. Mahoney, officiating, in the presence of Th. Mahoney and Honora 
Henneberry, witnesses, as appears from the Marriage Register of this Church
