In the Name of the Benevolent Father of all

I Josiah Kellogg of Middleburgh in the County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio
do make and publish this as my last Will and Testament - and

First. After my debts and funeral expenses are paid. I give and bequeath in
fee simple all my real Estate situated in said Middleburgh being the same on
which I now live and containing about two acres of land be the same more or
less to my daughter Rachel Himes

Second.  I also give and bequeath to my said daughter Rachel all my personal
property to be disposed of by her the said Rachel as she may deem proper
without reserve.

Third.  I do hereby constitute and appoint my son John Himes and my daughter
Rachel Himes as the Executor & Executrix of my last Will and Testament.


In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Twenty Seventh
Day of October in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty
