In the name of GOD Amen
I Amaziah Porter of Euclid in the County
of Cuyahoga & State of Ohio do make 
my last will and testament in the manner
following. to wit
First I will order and direct that my
funeral charges and just debts be paid
Second I give and bequeath to my daughter
Clarissa Gray one bed and bed things and
one plaid blanket
Third I give & bequeath to my son Zepheniah
Porter one colt three years old
Third I give and bequeath to my son Jesse
the use of all the residence of my property
personal and - during his lifetime
Fourth I give and bequeath to my three sons
Francis _ Porter Obia Porter and Zepheniah
Porter three fourths of my property after the
death of my son Jesse to be equally divided
amongst them.
Fifth I give an bequeath to my two daughters 
Clarissa Gray & Rhoda Craggy one fourth of my
property after the decease of my son Jesse
to be equally divided between them
& my daughter Rhoda is to have Jesses bed after his death
In writings whereof  I have hereunto set my hand &
seal this first day of Oct AD 1836
