W. W. Fowler, b. Darke County, Ohio, November 5, 1851 to Hanson T. Fowler
m. 1850 Sarah Livengood. Grandfather of W. W. was Hezekiah Fowler, native
of Frederick County, MD moved to Holmes County, Ohio prior to 1812.
Hezekiah m. Isabel Duval of Darke County, OH.
