Wayne county
                  I do herby certify that Thomas Bezly has served in my company as a
private under the order of his Excellancy
John Gibson acting gov'n of the Territory on the Frontier of the County afones
fromthe 18th of May until
the 18th of July and is Honourably Discharged from the same.
Witness my hand this 18th of July 1813
