BEQUEATHS ESTATE TO HIS CHILDREN



Last will and Testament of Peter Armstrong is filed for Probate in the Court.

Thursday- Estate is willed to his children and legel heirs.





        The last will and testament of Peter E. Armstrong was filed in the
Probate Court, Thursday. 

        The will directs that after payments of all just debts and funeral
expenses, the residue of his estate be divived equally between his son, Hugh 
L. Armstrong, and his daughter, Mary I. Onkst and the two daughters of his 
deceased son, David Armstrong. The son and daughter are to receive one-third 
of the estate each and the two grandchildren, Hattie B. Smith and Mrs. Anna 
Putman, one-sixth each.

        The declares that his estate has been divided and all real estate
disposed of in deeds and that David Armstrong, now deceased, received his distributive share.

        By the terms of the wil, Hugh L. Armstrong is appointed exeator of
this last will and testament which was signed and witness by J. H. Craig and 
A. C. Bickel on December 13, 1920.

        married Andrew C. Bickel.



3.) Hugh Lincoln Armstrong, born: 15 June 1860, Darke Co. Ohio.



4.) Mary Isabelle Armstrong, born: 29 November 1867, Darke Co. Ohio.

        married: William Oukst.



History of Peter E. Armstrong:

        Peter was a farmer and stock-raiser, section 10; P.O. Hill Grove,
Washington Twp., Darke County, Ohio. He was an attorney at law, and in Darke 
County was Associate Judge of The Common Pleas a number years, and Justice 
of the Peace, twenty-four  years. He was also a Treasurer of the Township.
