I, Samuel Porter of the Township of Brown, County of Darke and State of Ohio being in good health of body and of sound and dispossing mind and memory and being desirous of settling my Worldly affairs while I have strength and capacity so to do, make and publish this my last will and testament. That is to say: I give and bequeath to my beloved sons John Joseph Porter, Stephen N.B. Porter and David Cyrus Porter the sum of fifteen hundred dollars and to each of them five hundred dollars. And the remainder and residue of my property and estate I hereby bequeath to Jacob K. Porter, Rebecca E. Hetsler, Susan N. Parent, John Joseph Porter, Stephen N. B. Porter, David Cyrus Porter and the heirs of Fanny A. V. Westfall to have the share of Fanny A. V. Westfall. The above named John Joseph Porter and Stephen N. B. Porter and David Cyrus Porter are to have each of them the five hundred dollars above specified first and foremost out of my estate and then the remainder to be equally divided between Jacob K.
