In the name of the Benevolent Father of All:
I Albin Bauer of the City of Defiance, Ohio, being about 59 years of age and 
being sound in mind and memory, and realizing 

the uncertainty of life and certainty of death, and desiring to arrange my 
worldly affairs, make publish and declare this to 

be my first and last will and Testament.
Item First = It is my will and desire that my just debts and funeral expenses 
shall first be paid out of my estate.
Item Second:  After the payment of any just debts and funeral expenses as 
provided in Item first, It is my will and desire, 

and I hereby devise and bequeath to my beloved wife all the remainder of my 
property both real and personal, with full power 

to sell and dispose of the same as she may see fit.
In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this 26th day of February 
AD 1892.

					Albin Bauer

Signed and acknowledged by said Albin Bauer as his last will and testament in 
our presence and signed by us in his presence.
