Delaware Gazette, Delaware, OH, 21 Jan 1890
Samuel Lowry, of Powell died January 6, 1890 at the age of 70 yrs, 24 da.  He
was born in Ireland and came to this country with his father when but a child in
1826.  He married Eliza Cherry.  Twelve children were born to this union, of
which the mother and 11 children survive.
