Pearl b. August of 1882 and Dana b. abt. 1885. 
The 1870 census records show Mary A. Case b. in West Virginia
The 1880 Census records show Mary A. Case  b. in VA, father in VA and mother 
in PA.
In the 1900 Census it says that Mary A. Case was born in West Virginia, Her 
father in West Virginia and her mother in PA.
In the 1910 Census record it shows that Mary A. Keller Case was born in West 
Virginia, Her father in West Virginia and her mother in PA.
I would have to say it is more likely that her mother was born in PA and not 
West Virginia as written on her death certificate.
