It is in a thicket, and was not visible from the roadway, even though it is probably only about 40 yards from the road itself. It is on private property, 6875 Westfall Road, but the residents did give permission for accessing it from their drive. Walking eastward from the drive (heading toward Lancaster) you do not go more than about 30 yards until you come to an iron enclosed area that contains two burials. This is the site of Catharine Ward's grave. Proceeding on eastward you will find the Propeck burials. From the Propeck markers, the Stewart graves are visible north, maybe 15 yards away. The cemetery is totally unmaintained, markers are down, few are still legible. The iron fence enclosing the Ward grave is in very good, sturdy condition. There are three distinct burial areas: The Ward enclosure, the Propeck area, and the Stewarts. Two stones reported by Charles Goslin when he read the cemetery were not visible when I visited on August 1, 2009 to photograph the area. I could not find stones for Van Meter and Defibaugh.
