The parent / parents' name is illegible, but the information matches with 
Laura Williamson, daughter of Lucinda, died Sept 17, 1860, Aged 8y 5m 16d 
listed in the Fairfield County Genealogical Society's book The Cemeteries of 
Hocking Township.
