Parents:  Reuben Jenkins and Luella GOCHANOUR Jenkins, both deceased.
Spouse:  Nancy McGuff Jenkins.
Siblings:  Edna Jenkins (deceased), Leta Jenkins (deceased), Margaret Smith 
(deceased), Ruby Jenkins (deceased), Carol (Ferol) Lewis, and Leona Hunt.
Children:  Gail Lynn (Bruce) Butler and Sharon Kay Burchett.
Grandchildren:  Nathan Burchett and Bethany Elizabeth Butler.
Burial:  Fairview Cemetery.
Other information about Merle Jenkins:  Veteran of U.S. Army and World War 
II.  Farmer.  Also worked at hardware stores.  Member of Farm Bureau and 
Jeffersonville Lions Club.
