			VIRGINIA BENSON
	VIRGINIA BENSON, 65, of Washington C.H., passed away on Monday, Nov. 1, 
2004 at her residence.
	She was born on May 29, 1939 in Washington C.H. to LEROY and DAISY 
(SIMMONS) WILSON.  She retired from Pickaway Correctional Institute and was a 
member of Tabernacle Baptist Church and American Legion #653 Auxiliary.
	In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, 
THEODORE and FREDRICK WILSON, sisters, WINIFRED GARRETT and  MAY HELEN 
WITHERSPOON.
	Mrs. Benson is survived by children, KENNETH (MELISSA) UPTHEGROVE, 
TIMOTHY (JERRY) UPTHEGROVE, JODY BENSON, all of Washington C.H., SHEILA 
(MICHAEL) LONEY of Columbus, grandchildren, TIFFANY WHITTMAN of North Carolina, 
KORY PROBY, KENNETH IV and EVAN UPTHEGROVE, all of Washington C.H., two great 
grandchildren, one brother, ROBERT WILSON of Springfield, six sisters, 
GERALDINE (JOHN) ELLIS of Dayton, OPAL JOHNS and LUCILLE WILSON, both of 
Washington C.H., BETTY (HENRY) YATES, MARGARET (ROBERT) WOOD, JOANN (CHARLES) 
WOOD, all of Springfield and by many nieces, nephews and friends.
	Funeral service in the Wellman-Kinzer Funeral Home.
