    I could not find Valentine Hart but did find the following on Moses
Hart in the "History of Franklin and Pickaway Counties, Ohio", 1880,
published by Williams Bros., page 492:
    Moses Hart settled north of Ephraim Fisher, in 1819, where he built
a cabin and cleared the land;  his purchase was made from Elias Pegg. 
His children numbered six, four sons and two daughters.  Moses Hart, jr.,
his son, now lives on the land, aged about eighty-eight years.
