Armentrout and Elizabeth Armentrout, husband and wife, of the city of Columbus, County of Franklin and State of Ohio Granters in consideration of the sum of One dollar and other valuable considerations to them paid by Henry L. Wilhelm and Anna E. Wilhelm, of the city of Columbus, County of Franklin, State of Ohio Grantees, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the said Grantees Henry L. Wilhelm and Anna E. Wilhelm, their heirs and assigns forever, the following Real Estate situated in the County of Franklin in the State of Ohio and in the city of Columbus and bounded and described as follows: Being lot number fifty-eight (58) of the Linen Place Addition, to the city of Columbus, Ohio, as the same is numbered and delineated upon the recorded plat thereof, of record in Plat Book #5, page 125, Recorders office, Franklin, County, Ohio. To have an to hold said premises with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belongin, to the said Grantees Henry L. Wilhelm and Anna E. Wilhelm their heirs and assigns forever. And the said Grantors Rembrandt P. Armentrout and Elizabeth Armentrout for themselves and their heirs do hereby convenant with the said Grantees Henry L. Wilhelm and Anna E. Wilhelm their heirs and assigns that they are lawfully seized of the premises aforesaid; that the said premises are Free and Clear from all Incumbrances whatsoever excepting taxes and assessments due in June, 1924 and thereafter, also excepting a $3500 mortagage held by the Guarantee Title & Trust Company, all of which the grantee hereby assumes and agrees to pay and that they will forever Warrant and Defend the same, witht he appurtenances, unto the said Grantees Henry L. Wilhelm and Anna E. Wilhelm their heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever except as above stated. In Witness Whereof the said Grantors Rembrandt P. Armentrout and Elizabeth Armentrout, hereunto set their hands this Seventh day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four (1924) Signed and acknowledged in presence of W.
