Warren Frazell §   Know all men by these presents that I Warren Frazell and Jane 
his wife of the
         to           §   county of Franklin and State of Ohio, for and in 
consideration of the sum of 
John Gouldein §   ninety dollars to them in hand paid by John Gouldein of the 
county and State aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have 
granted bargained sold released and quit claimed and by these presents do grant 
bargain sell remise and quit claim unto the said John Gouldein his heirs and 
assigns forever, all of a certain tract of land situate in Franklin county and 
State of Ohio, bounded and described as follows to wit.  Beginning at a beach 
tree at the south west corner in the patent line, and running E. one hundred and 
ten poles and 5/10 on a rear line between David Thomas and Cutler's lands, 
thence N. ninety three poles 4/10 to a white oak, S.E. corner of Frazell's land, 
thence S. 83ÿ W. one hundred and twelve poles to a stake, hickory, ash and buck 
beach, thence S. ninety one poles to the place of beginning, containing sixty 
acres, more or less, together with all and singular the hereditaments and 
appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining and the revisions remainders 
rents issues and profits thereof and all the estate right title interest claim 
or demand whatsoever of me said Warren Frazell and his wife Jane either in law 
or equity of in and to the above bargained premises, to have and to hold the 
same to the said John Goldein and to his heirs and assigns forever.  In witness 
whereof we the said Warren Frazell and wife have hereunto set our hand and seals 
this 23rd day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and 
thirty six.

State of Ohio Franklin County
§§  On the 23rd day of November 1836 before the subscriber a Justice of the 
peace within and for said County personally appeared the Warren Frazell and his 
wife who signed and sealed the foregoing deed and acknowledged the signing and 
sealing thereof, to be their act and deed for the purposes therein expressed, 
and the Jane wife of the said Warren Frazell being by me examined separate and 
apart from her said husband and the contents of the said deed being fully made 
known to her by reading the same in her presence, she did declare upon such 
separate examination that she did voluntarily sign seal and acknowledge the same 
and that she is still satisfied therewith.
And I do further certify that from my own personal knowledge I am satisfied that 
the said Warren Frazell and Jane his wife are the persons they represent 
themselves to be. Given under my hand, seal the day and the year above written.
