McCracken to Frazell 15 Feb 1841

Henry Mc Cracken to Moses A. Frazell
Know all men that we Henry McCracken and 
Eliza McCracken the wife of said
Henry McCracken of the first of the county 
of Franklin and State of Ohio in
consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars 
in hand paid by Moses A.
Frazell of the second part have bargained and 
sold and do hereby grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said 
Moses A. Frazell his heirs and assigns
forever, the following premises situate in 
the county of Franklin in the
State of Ohio and in Norwich township 
County aforesaid, twenty acres of land
and bounded and described as follows. 
Beginning in the E. line of what is
called the Blackburn tract at a stone 
and three beech trees, thence S.10 E.
thirty three p.22 to a stone and two small 
ashes, thence N. 80 E. p2 p.31 to
a hickory tree, thence N.10W.33.22 p. to a 
stone, two beeches and sugar
tree, thence S. 80 W.31 p, to the place of 
beginning, containing twenty
acres more or less, being part of the 
Gilliam Survey No. three thousand and
thirteen patented to sa!
id Gilliam by John Adams President of the 
United States in the year of our
Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety eight. 
To have and to hold said
premises with the appurtenances unto this said 
Moses A. Frazel his heirs and
assigns forever. And the said Henry and Eliza 
McCracken for themselves and
heirs do hereby covenant with said M.A. Frazell 
his heirs and assigns that
he is lawfully seized of the premises aforesaid, 
and that the premises are
free and clear from all incumbrances whatsoever, 
and they will forever
warrant and defend the same with the appurtenances 
unto the said M.A.
Frazell his heirs and assigns against the lawful 
claims of all persons
whomsoever. In testimony whereof the said Henry 
McCracken and Eliza his wife
have hereunto set their hands and seals this 
fifteenth day of Feb'y in the
year of our Lord one thousand sight hundred 
and forty one.
